Job Description
Mission/Role: Supports the Clinical Supervisor on the floor by providing clinical consults and care/peer consults for front line staff, actively managing staff productivity, providing on-the-job training for staff, and continuous monitoring of staff performance for quality assurance. As needed, will run the floor operations in the absence of Clinical Supervisor. Providing successful operation of the call center on the assigned shift, including all functions of a clinical floor supervisor. Functions in a Crisis Counselor role as needed.

Education:
Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline with a valid license to practice in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
Experience:
Board licensure required. Fully licensed. Work experience in a behavioral healthcare setting and telephone triage experience preferred. Knowledge of DSM IV diagnosis, inpatient psychiatric treatment protocols, brief therapy and chemical intervention protocols and skills, medical models, and psychotropic medications a plus. Familiarity with full range of treatment options and mental health service delivery systems. Must have the necessary degree and licensure.
