That's great! So are we! Our base salary starts at $45,000 per year (and, up depending on experience) with monthly commissions, and only goes up from there. This is a Base + Commission role paid through a W2.

That means now, and forever. AKA - We won't be asking you to come back to the office in a year or two! With a team of hungry sales professionals and a drive to exceed our goals every day, we exist to change the insurance world for the better.
This team is managed by our Sales Manager: Nick Wilson.

Benefits you can expect from us:
Great compensation! $45k starting salary with monthly commissions ranging from $1,500 to $5,000.
Monthly medical bonus $200
Monthly cell phone stipend $50
Regular Schedule Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm PST
Vacation We start everyone with 9 days with more days added with tenure.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of a Remote Inside Sales Representative:
Manage and organize a sales pipeline
Make outbound calls to provided qualified, warm leads
Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk
Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer
Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client
Here is what a typical day looks like:
Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads.
Accept Live Transfers from lead source with prospects ready to talk!
Share the value of being properly protected by your insurance policy.
Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong.
Engage in daily practice and drills to improve your skills.
Make a difference in people's lives by protecting their everyday risk!

A final interview with Annette Booth Allstate Agency Owner and Nick Wilson, Sales Manager
