Remote Inside Sales Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual like you to join our team as a Remote Inside Sales Consultant. Location: Remote

Salary: $51,500 Base Salary, Total First Year OTE $86,500

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to families in need of senior living solutions.
• Listen attentively to families' needs and provide personalized recommendations for senior living options.
• Build rapport with families and guide them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM system.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM software.

Benefits:

• $51,500 Base Salary with Total First Year OTE $86,500.
