Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person to fill the Remote Inside Insurance Sales Representativerole. This position involves answering incoming customer calls and looking for opportunities to upsell/cross-sell while servicing their account. To succeed in this role, you must have aProperty and Casualty license, Allstate experience,excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer Bonus Opportunities, Paid Time Off, and a Monday through Friday Work Schedule. The hourly wage for this position is $15.50 - $20 per hour plus commission and bonuses. Depending on experience and performance may make up to $100,000 per year.
Salary: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Use excellent relationship-building talents and create a trust to maintain client retention and product loyalty.
- Answering inbound service calls to handle and maintain customer claims.
- Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Answer inbound service calls and look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell clients while also reviewing current policy coverages
- Managing a pipeline to meet sales targets with outbound calling for cross-sells, win backs or requotes
- Prepare and present quotes to clients using accurate underwriting
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency REQUIRED. Associate degree/Bachelor's degree is a BONUS.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
- 6+ months of Allstate Insurance experience REQUIRED
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work setting REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior experience is a BONUS.
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems
- Experience using a multiline phone system and utilizing computer software.
- Maintain a positive, professional working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Able to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
