Requirements:
Healthcare recruiting experience
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, iCIMS, etc.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws/regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires
Knowledge of employee orientation, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes is a plus
Sales or relationship management experience is a plus
Must have a laptop or desktop computer
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
