SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Financial Analyst II! This analyst will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and other schedules to assist in month end close and projection processes. They will work closely with the Director of Financial, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) on projects and updating templates and schedules as requested by management.

Paid Time Off: Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and at least 3 years of experience in a large, complex business environment in accounting or finance
Knowledge & Skills:
- Previous experience with budgeting and budgeting/forecasting system implementation desired
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, with solid organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Able to set priorities and drive for results
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Able to interact with all levels of employees
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and correct errors
- High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information
- Based on business need, the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as approved in advance

These are your responsibilities :
- Coordinates with department owners and other key members of management to update and maintain budget and forecast files
- Interacts with various departments within the Company to ensure reporting and analysis needs are met in a timely manner
- Utilizes key financial systems (Oracle and Hyperion) to track and load forecast and budget balances, ensuring key deadlines are met
- Creates final budget and forecast packages and relevant reports for management review
- Interprets and analyzes financial results to explain budget and forecast variances and identify any updates needed to projections
- Owns updates to monthly financial results summary reports for inclusion in deck to leadership
- Assists Director in ad hoc financial projects and creation of reports using financial systems and other data sets
- Maintains and protects relevant confidential information
- Other duties as assigned
