Remote Engineering Tech Lead

JOB DESCRIPTIONSkiltrek is looking to directly hire an Engineering Tech Lead in a permanent role to join a growing financial company located in West Des Moines, IA. This candidate will have experience working with business, architecture and technology teams to understand business needs and requirements, create solutions to meet those business needs and decomposing the solution/design into work items. They will be leading the team with agile best practices for the work they are completing with the IAM space. The ideal candidate will be working with high level stakeholders and Solution architects to determine what stories need to be written and direction the developers need to take. We are looking for a leader who is looking for an opportunity to grow with a fantastic organization.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* Minimum 10 years' IT development experience or equivalent preferred
* Experience as Technical Lead and/or Project Architect on very complex multi-subsystem solution delivery projects
* Okta, Ping, SailPoint (internal) or equivalent OAuth & OIDC experience -- Customer Identity and Access Management focused.
* Experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of CIAM applications, including Account Provisioning, Authentication, Proofing, Authorization, etc.
* Experience designing, building, and consuming modern RESTful or gRPC APIs.
* Understanding of or experience in different Database techs like SQL server, DocumentDB, or MongoDB, etc.
* Experience leading IT Security, Identity and Access Management or Enterprise Systems Projects.
* Experience working in an Agile environment and leading teams on Agile best practices.DESIRED SKILLS* Insurance or Annuity experience
* Experience with cloud technologies and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, etc.
* Full stack experience with Java and Angular.
* Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.
* Insurance or Annuity experience.
