Remote Data/Domain Architect

Summary: Seeking a Data/Domain Architect with extensive experience in API management and RESTful principles for remote work.

Job Requirements:

• BS Degree & 8+ years of Domain Architect experience

• Expertise in API Management implementations

• Proficiency in RESTful principles

• In-depth knowledge of decomposable application environments

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Deep understanding of system architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices

• Familiarity with API design patterns, RESTful principles, and API security protocols (oAuth, JWT etc.)

• Experience creating visual diagrams using Visio or other tools to communicate integration architectures and solutions

• Prior experience leading API strategy/roadmap in alignment with business objectives

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD concepts

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing best-in-class API solutions across all functional areas

• Providing insights and recommendations on the design and deployment of a full API lifecycle management framework

• Championing best practices across all aspects of API management while safeguarding data integrity

• Evaluating emerging trends in Microservices, APIs that align with the company's overall strategy

• Fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, promoting knowledge sharing in the design and use of API architecture

• Communicating the status of technical stacks and initiatives to stakeholders and leadership

• Establishing metrics and scorecards to ensure inner/outer APIs are optimized for scalability and availability

• Contributing to the development of sustainable and scalable API patterns.

 

 Pay: 40-60

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
