Remote Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities

• Accurately input various types of data into our system
• Maintain and update databases with new information as needed
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
• Retrieve information from databases or electronic files as requested
• Sort and organize paperwork and documents as required
• Generate reports and summarize data as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Excellent typing skills and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
