Remote Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Input and validate data into computer systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
• Update databases with new information as required.
• Retrieve and verify data from various sources.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
• Keep track of and document any data inconsistencies or errors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of [X] words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
