Job Title: Remote Data Entry Analyst - Pipeline Pigging
Company Overview: PigTracks is a software company in the Oil and Gas (O&G) industry, specializing in providing assistance to inline inspection teams performing pipeline maintenance. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a versatile and proactive Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our team. This unique role offers a fully remote schedule, with flexible hours.
Position Overview: As a Remote Data Entry Analyst, you will be a key player in monitoring, analyzing, and entering real-time data received from field operational activities within the Oil and Gas and pigging industry. This position would be well suited for a candidate with hands-on experience in operations, data analytics, an understanding of the O&G industry, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Field Support Services:
- Complete day-to-day operational activities related to pipeline maintenance, pigging, and associated processes.
- Support clients with their pipeline projects through all phases, which includes planning, execution, and closeout.
- Ensure operational efficiency and provide quality assurance upon review of data retrieved from the field.
Industry Knowledge:
- Apply practical knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically in pipeline maintenance and pigging operations.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, safety standards, and operational advancements.
Remote Schedule:
- Schedule would require 100% remote work.
- Remote work includes virtually supporting field teams, performing data analysis and providing deliverables.
- Coordinate with remote team members and utilize virtual collaboration tools for effective communication.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Use Microsoft Office suite for operational documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
Working Environment:
- A reliable internet source and computer is required.
- Extended periods of sitting at a computer is required for this position.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, random drug screenings, and background check as mandated by the Department of Transportation.
- Ability to work within the United States.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant operational tools.
- A passion for technology.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- 1+ years relevant professional experience in operations within the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Familiarity with pipeline maintenance and pigging operations.
- Ability to create and manage operational workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Details:
Hourly Wage: $18-22/hour depending on relevant experience
