Job Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Remote Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will work to ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate and detailed information about products and services we offer to customers.
- Provide customers with quotes, finalizing plans, and completing the sale with follow-up, if necessary.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and keeping customer information up-to-date.
- Collaborating with various vendors to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Managing and prioritizing customer inquiries to ensure timely response and resolution.
- Identifying customer needs and offering solutions to provide them with the best experience offered from various services.
- Monitoring customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Keeping up-to-date with vendor training and industry trends to provide the best customer service possible.
Requirements:
- This is an entry level position. Experience is a plus but not a requirement. We provide all training and certifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Enjoy working with creative applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate with remote teams.
- Availability to work flexible hours and set own schedule.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Have a laptop/computer and/or smartphone with high-speed internet connection and a quiet environment to work from.
