Remote Crisis Hotline Program Manager

Job Summary: The Crisis Hotline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into Integral Care's main crisis number and 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7, including holidays. 

This position provides administrative and clinical supervision to clinician's at Integral Care's Helpline. Program operations primarily involve the provision of professional assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention services, scheduling appointments, and linkage to resources to individuals with mental illness, along with answering calls from contract partners (i.e. APD, hospitals). This position is responsible for ensuring that excellent customer care and collaborative professional relationships are formed with community partners and consumers such that the agency is well represented and client care optimized.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required: 

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. 

License: 

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record. 

Experience: 

Preferred: 

• Direct client care experience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Varies.

Salary: $79,520.00 - 101,380.00 annually plus an additional 10% Crisis Stipend.
