Remote Commercial Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to become a part of our team! You will manage all the day to day requests of our insureds to include processing changes and quoting renewals, taking claims, assisting with writing new business, ceritificates or insurance and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of business
• Be extremely accurate and detailed in tthe insured's file
• Work closely with our insureds to build rapport and relationships
• Round out and cross sell new policies to existing customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Commercial Insurance
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
