Clarest Health is looking to hire Call Center Pharmacy Technicians- Long Term Care to work in our brand new, state-of-the-art Arizona Clinical Hub. Must be located in MA or CT to apply.

Available Schedules: Various schedules available, all with rotating weekends

Salary: $18-24/hour (depending on experience)

About the role….

The Call Center Pharmacy Technician- LTC is a critical contributor in getting patients the medications they need, when they need them. This requires you to enter new and refill prescriptions, provide excellent customer service while consulting telephonically with our customers, and work as part of a collaborative team to achieve efficient pharmacy operations. Approximately 70% of the time at work will be spent placing and receiving calls to other health care professionals. The remaining 30% of the time is allocated towards performing order entry of handwritten and electronic prescription orders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide superior customer service while consulting telephonically with customers regarding medication orders (accounts for 70% of responsibilities)

· Enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system with accuracy and efficiency (accounts for 30% of responsibilities)

· Collaborate with team members to achieve mutual success, ensure timely delivery of medications, and exceed customer expectations

· Monitor reports to identify medication orders requiring attention and resolve the identified opportunity

· Ensure department is meeting its commitments for pharmacy run times and exceeding expectations of our customers / colleague’s performing fulfillment
