Remote CA AMFT or ASW Clinician

Authentic Heart Family Counseling Inc. is looking for fun, dedicated, skilled

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate Clinical Social Worker to join

our new group practice! We are fully online and welcoming a few new team

members this year! This position is a fully remote and you would have the

flexibility to create your own schedule and work anywhere in the US (licensed in

CA)! Associate therapists within the group are responsible to provide a min of 25

sessions per week and attend weekly supervision (provided internally). We are a

private pay practice and are also paneled with a few insurance companies.

Authentic Heart Family Counseling Inc. believes in providing high quality therapy

services to children and families. We are team oriented and are looking for positive

associates that are interested in gaining private practice experience.

Ideal Candidate

Available for approx 25+ clients hrs per week (2-5 admin hrs per week in

addition as needed for supervision/consults/etc.)

Enjoys working with teens and families

Has at least 1,000-1,500 hrs of experience (no more then 2,500 hrs)

Has previous experience working with children, families, or couples.

Able to network with other professionals or on social media. Content

creation experience for services is a huge plus!

Is flexible and willing to learn what it takes to be a part of an online group

practice and okay with a gradual caseload growth.

Work Remotely

Can provide telehealth sessions online in a private secure area.

Needs to have reliable internet access with own laptop or computer device.

Available by phone during the day to respond to emails/calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
