We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Remote Booking Specialist with great enthusiasm for traveling and outstanding communication and customer service skills. As a Remote Booking Specialist, you’ll work closely with our clients to personalize their travel experiences according to their preferences, creating fun and exciting trips with suitable accommodations. You’ll also be responsible for researching, planning, and organizing itineraries based on client needs, as well as creating quotes, invoices, and documentation. You’ll stay up to date with industry news, changes, restrictions, and best practices, and provide travelers with the appropriate information to ensure their trip runs as smoothly as possible.
This is a remote position.
We are currently looking for Remote Workers to book trips remotely.

Job Description
- Arrange trips for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more
- Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
- Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
- Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
