Remote AP Specialist- PART TIME

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for processing marketing invoices and working with marketing vendors and marketing personnel to resolve marketing invoice issues.
Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of the StrataTech marketing invoice email.
• Posting marketing invoices against marketing purchase orders in Dynamics GP.
• Routing and monitoring of any marketing invoices for approvals that exceed either the purchase order in total or a specific line item.
• Routing and monitoring of any marketing invoices for approvals that do not have a purchase order.
• Participate in the periodic marketing purchase order status meetings in preparation for month end closing.
• Maintenance of the marketing invoice tracking sheet that compares the monthly purchase orders against invoices received and posted.
• Providing support and responses to inquiries from the marketing team and vendors.

Required Knowledge, Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED and three years of related work experience or, two years of post-secondary education and two years of related work experience or, a bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
