Allied Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities
- Recruiter to ensure that positions are filled timely with quality candidates and established protocols are followed
- Manage the implementation of identified recruitment strategies to source, attract, hire and retain high quality candidates
- Oversee projects to further streamline or enhance the recruitment process
- Develop and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of nurses.
- Develop and maintain contacts with Hospitals, placement firms and other sources of applicants.
- Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and recruitment results to maintain accurate and comprehensive files such as candidate records, internal and external reports and correspondence
- Make cold calls, manages database of nurses, and sources leads locally as well as nationally.
