Classification Hourly, Non-Exempt
Salary: $14.00 - $17.00

Job purpose
Work is performed with supervisor guidance and / or established practices to complete duties and responsibilities. Primarily responsible for obtaining needed clinical documents from hospital systems.
Duties and responsibilities
• Navigate hospital systems to locate and retrieve necessary documentation to include but not limited to Operative Reports, Anesthesia Records, Pre and Post Op Anesthesia Assessments and Regional Pain Block Notes. • Maintain log in credentials for each hospital system.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a medical or professional data entry or clerical role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel
Physical Requirements
Physical ability to sit, talk, hear for extended periods throughout the work day; stand, walk, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on a regular to seldom basis. Repetitive hand motions on a frequent basis including fingering, grasping and handling. Ability to read handwritten and typed documents on paper and/or on computer screens.
