RemX is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel agent with Worldspan GDS System knowledge. Applicants who fare well will have American Express Travel, Merritt, Travel Leaders, or Direct travel. (Please bear in mind leisure travel doesn’t translate well for this client.) This is a call center environment, high volume, taking back to back calls, 25+ calls a day.
Title:Corporate Travel Specialist
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $20-$23 an hour (Depending on travel experience and specifically GDS systems)
Bonus: Can earn up to $450 monthly (Shift differentials for late hours and weekends can be offered)
Post-training Schedules: 10am-7pm EST, 11am-8pm EST, 1pm-10pm EST (Must be open and flexible to work any shift no exceptions and available at least one weekend day every month.)
Job Duties
- Meet agent transaction and accuracy goals while receiving 25+ calls daily
- Book client reservations while effectively communicating details and fare rules
- Provide issue resolution to clients and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Corporate travel consultant experience
- Worldspan GDS system knowledge
- Basic knowledge of world geography
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
