Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store remodeling projects from start to finish
- Create and implement store layout schematics to optimize product placement and customer flow
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget
- Supervise a team of Remodel Associates, providing guidance and support throughout the project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of remodel projects
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and projects
- Proficiency in store management, including layout design and product placement
- Knowledge of schematics and ability to create effective store layouts
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Experience supervising teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Be able to receive feedback, guidance and support from the team
