Join our dynamic team as a Relocation Specialist and play a pivotal role in our Relocations team! As the go-to communicator for occupants of our newly acquired assets, you'll be the bridge connecting people to their next chapter. Your expertise will shine as you skillfully navigate document preparation and processing, ensuring a seamless transition for everyone involved. What you'll do:
• Spearhead the coordination of agreements between occupants and the company
• Facilitate transparent and concise communication within the relocations team
• Collaborate seamlessly with the rehab and purchase team, providing valuable assistance as needed
• Serve as a representative in court appearances as necessary, upholding the company's interests and ensuring compliance with legal requirements during the relocation process
• Drive expansive territory to monitor inventory, contributing to the overall success of the relocation operations
What you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Real estate license preferred
• Understanding of local law in relation to unlawful retainer processes preferred
• Property manager background a plus
• High levels of ethics and integrity
• Strong time management and collaboration skills
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Effective communication skills
• Negotiations skills/experience
Wedgewood occupies 50,000 square feet in a state of the art headquarters in Redondo Beach, California and has been named Company of the Year by the city. Wedgewood has additional office locations in Las Vegas and Dallas, and along with smaller offices throughout the country.
The hourly pay for this position is $25-$30 an hr. In addition, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
