SalaryAdecco Search has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a Reliability Engineering Lead in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing reliability activities for a designated project within product development.
Identifying projects and defining scope and requirements, including project budgets, resources, and timelines.
Developing and leading reliability test plans, reviewing and interpreting test results.
Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling
Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.
Collaborating across departments on field issues, and communicating technical issues to internal stakeholders.
Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
6+ years of experience in engineering field.
4+ years of experience managing or supervising direct reports
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our client offers:
Annual base salary in the $115,000-125,000 range

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
