Job Description
We are looking for a person that understand and have experience with Servant leadership for an Agile Release Train (ART). A key part of the role is to facilitate the ART events and processes and foster collaboration between the teams. We are looking for a new RTE to continue our journey with our teams, and be an important member, contributing with your experience to create improvements, as well as certain key ART ceremonies.
Main responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the Agile approach:
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process and the PI planning event
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
- Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos
2. Building highly effective ARTs:
- Coordinate and optimize the flow of value through the ART
- Assist tracking the execution of Features and Capabilities
- Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and PI’s
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
- Help manage risks or dependencies and escalate/track impediments
- Understand and operate within budgets
3. Contributing to personnel management and development:
- Facilitate regular assessment with ART personnel and communicate improvement opportunities
- Identify issues (and successes) of Teams & suport in resolving them
- Act as a role model by contributing to an atmosphere of confidence and trust and motivate to reach set targets
- Live the values to grow and develop to expand own impact
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Qualifications

Your qualifications include:
- Expertise within Agile frameworks and Lean principles also at the level of the principles and values
- Knows how to scale Lean and Agile practices and understand the unique opportunities and challenges
- Scrum master, RTE and agile training experience
- Deep understanding of agile roles including their problems, risks and ways to resolve them
- You embrace and practice Servant leadership principles
- Able to facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Skillful communicator and trainer
- Professional coaching and mentoring skills
