About the Role:
In this role, you will provide deposit operations support by performing a variety of deposit related fulfillment and regulatory driven functions, in a centralized environment. You will provide policy and/or procedural guidance to supported business units. In addition, you will fulfill objectives and goals of unit(s) as a member of an operations support team.
- Assist store and department personnel with operations-related issues.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recommended changes to policies and procedures.
- Train new associates on assigned job functions.
- Perform a variety of functions within the OPM department. Workloads may require rapid shifts of focus from one functional area to another.
- Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
- Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.
About You:
- H.S. Diploma/GED, vocational, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience, required.
- 2-4 years of banking experience, required.
- Less than 2 years of bank operations experience, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, use tact and diplomacy; maintains professional dress and demeanor.
- Requires basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Basic effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the bank.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $21.06 - $30.19, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
