KS Bank is currently seeking to add a Relationship Bankerto join our Garner team. Primary duties for this role include, but not limited to:
- Provide customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the branch.
- Assist customers by processing bank transactions such as check and cash deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, account questions and any other needs they may have.
- Build relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and offering appropriate products and service to meet those needs.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, following bank policies and procedures in handling all negotiable instruments.
- Respond to incoming phones calls to the branch, providing customers with needed support and transferring calls to appropriate individuals as needed.
- Balance ATM cash and other ATM transactions.
- Serve as Vault Custodian, when necessary, and manage vault transactions.
- Keep abreast of all relevant regulations, policies and procedures through ongoing compliance training.
- Must have previous customer service and cash handling experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen and identify potential customer needs.
- Strong math and analytical skills, ability to count cash
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks.
