Reimbursement Specialist-(FT)

Madison Memorial Hospital (MMH) is seeking to hire an analytical individual to ensure the organization is paid according to contract terms. Working under the direction of department leadreship the incumbent will be responsible for the chargemaster, payer contracting, and reviewing accounts for accuracy. The Reimbursement Specialist will complete all work in a manner that is keeping with the values, mission and vision statements of MMH.

Classification: Full time

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Benefit eligible

Education:

• High School Graduate, or equivalent

Experience:

• 1 year clinical, coding, or billing experience preferred

Required Skills:

• Proven customer service skills
• Effectively communicates with a diverse demographic both written and verbally
• Ability to critically think through problems and resolve complex situations
