SHIFT: (Monday-Friday)

The Rehabilitation Technician supports our physical/occupational therapists with complicated treatments/group treatments, as well as assisting patients with physical activities.

Requirements for the position of Rehabilitation Technician:

• High school diploma or GED.

• CPR certification will be advantageous.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

• Experience in obtaining patient information and performing basic assessments.

• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, treatments, and equipment.

Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Technician:

• The Rehab Technician maintains and updates patient records.

• Sterilizing therapeutic equipment and ensuring that facilities are kept clean and tidy.

• Safely disposing of hazardous waste and soiled materials.

• The Rehab Technician assists patients to reach examination and treatment rooms

• Physically fit to assist immobile, injured, and frail patients
