Details:
- This position is part-time, working Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating basis
- Approximately 12 hours per week
- Bonus points for being able to pick up some weekday hours as needed
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing transport of patients to and from therapy and other activities, assistance in maintaining treatment areas, and conducting clerical tasks in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with professional practices and ethical standards. Demonstrates accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, and problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience working in healthcare setting.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift/transfer patients and equipment.
- Frequent and prolonged bending, stooping, crouching walking and standing.
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
