JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- ID Nursing License
- CPR/BLS
- 2nd Step TB Test
- 1 year of Rehab Nursing experience or related job experience
- Statement of good health
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card
- 10 PANEL drug test
