Position Overview: The Rehab Director at Venza Care will lead and manage the rehabilitation services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services while also focusing on patient care, staff development, and operational management.

Location: Northside Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the integration of the rehabilitation services department within the facility.
• Oversee clinical programming and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
• Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop departmental budgets and manage resources to ensure the profitability of rehabilitation services.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory laws regarding health care and rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practice standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted state licensure in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology.
• Proven experience as a Rehab Director or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation services and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop therapy staff.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
