Regulatory Support-Flavors

The leading Flavor and Fragrance company has an immediate need for a Regulatory Support position.

Job Responsibilities:

· Review product composition and labeling.

· Process Regulatory F&N Documentation for Clients, including customer questionnaires, ingredient statements, allergen, and other typical documentation.

· Prepare documentation to submit to US & CA DMF.

· Performs functions as directed to contribute to the on-time performance through processing Doc Requestor documentation and projects.

· Maintain the documentation record keeping system.

Required Skills:

· Bachelors in science preferably related to Food, Nutrition, or pharma related field.

· Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Adobe acrobat, etc.).

· Good problem-solving skills and analytical ability.

· Excellent communication skills (active listening, verbal & written).

· Extremely organized, able to plan and prioritize workload, detail oriented and conscientious individual.

· Ability to work independently and follow all work instructions and procedures in conformance with department standards.

· Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively as part of a team in a respectful manner.

· Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure to turn around requests in a timely manner.
