Overview

Kemin Nutrisurance is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative support functions for the IPRA team. 

 

Nutrisurance is the Pet Food and Rendering Technologies Division of Kemin Industries. Successful candidates for this position will have prior experience working in Regulatory Affairs for the food or feed industry, with a scientific background.

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support, including M3 and IPRA documentation (blue sheets, labels, certificates, spec sheets, customer questionnaires, agreements, etc.)
  • Must be able to draft certain elements of a product or dossier registration under direct supervision.
  •  Responsible for M3 entries for new and revised product formulas.
  • Management of product labelling programs.
  • Publishing and management of product documentation on Kemin database(s).
  • Responsible for filing and some record management.
  •  Follows and maintains an environm
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree with 2+ years of related experience
  • Prior experience in Regulaotry Affairs or Quality Assurance is a plus 
  • Experience working in a food or feed manufacturing setting, preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Excellent computer skills required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good prioritization skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn food and feed regulatory law and regulations.
