Job Summary:
Responsible for regulatory accounting functions including tax filings and reports.
Duties/Responsibilities:
File tariffs for regulated entities.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with FERC, the OCC and Texas RRC.
Prepare and file annual GRIP filings.
Prepare and file quarterly gross receipt taxes.
Assist with the filing of rate cases.
Work with auditors from the RRC and OCC.
Communicate with operations, financial accounting, and internal and external parties.
Meet all critical deadlines.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Tariff and tax knowledge required.
Experience annual GRIP filings.
Experience with filing gross receipts taxes.
Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with FERC, the OCC and Texas RRC.
Database query experience preferred.

Education and Experience:
Preferred bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
5+ years in O&G industry with regulatory accounting experience required.
