Registrar Clerk

Position Summary:
Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualifiedRegistrar Clerkwho provides administrative and clerical support to the Resident Training Team Lead.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and distributing training schedules for each training program as assigned
- Prepare and distribute reports from the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Training Administration System (CTAS)
- Supports the Operations Coordinator in conducting a weekly De-Conflict meeting with all stakeholders for upcoming week’s training as required
- Assemble and prepare in-processing and graduation packets for each student attending training
- Participate in-processing, graduation, and photo operations as assigned
- Perform weekly Quality Control checks of applications, in-processing folders and graduation packets
- Verify student number in CTAS when class is complete
- Take, edit and post class photos on the Wall of Fame weekly
- Work effectively with a team and is respectful of others
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; meets established deadlines
- Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional growth and development
- Accept constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required
- Must work occasional weekends and flexible hours
