Job Details:

- Pay: $27-30/hr
We are seeking a Registered/Certified Behavior Technician to join our team at working in the local school district.
This is a contract position for the remainder of the school year offering varying hours, schedules and locations.

Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions from BCBA, teacher, and/or program supervisor
- Implement behavior management techniques, crisis intervention, and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct ABA therapeutic services as directed by a BCBA
- Assist in academic instruction and development plans
- Document sessions and collect, interpret, and report on behavioral and academic data
- Support students in developing independent daily living skills
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements
- Support students across various environments
Minimum Requirements:
- RBT certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred
- One year of pediatric experience preferred
- Associate degree in behavioral studies or a related field preferred
- Current CPR certification if applicable
- Current Health Certificate as per contract or state regulation
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Effective communication skills and computer proficiency required
- Must be at least of legal age
Submission Requirements:
- RBT or CBT certification is required for this assignment
