The Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sleep Lab Technician (RPSGT) who will not only represent the essence of Sehatu but also elevate our brand by delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This role is ideal for a proactive and energetic individual who is naturally inclined towards an engaging personality and thrives in collaborative settings.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and perform diagnostic Polysomnograms (PSGs), CPAP/BiPAP titrations, and Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLTs)
• Work in a brand new lab with brand new equipment 3 to 4 nights a week, depending on your preference, for 10-hour shifts per night.
• Answer inquiries about our services and update patients on their care through calls, texts, and emails.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinicians' schedules.

Who You Are:

• You prefer night shifts.
• Hands-on experience as a tech in a sleep lab.
• You are an RPSGT or are eligible to take the test.
• Motivated, friendly, a good listener, and detail-oriented.
• Interested in modern technology-enabled healthcare.
• Exceptional organizational skills with great follow-through on tasks.
• Familiarity with insurance providers and call management.
• Experience with EnsoData and Cadwell sleep diagnostic equipment is a plus.
• Experience with Epic EHR is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
