Registered Private Client Associates (RPCAs) help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of excellence. The RPCA assists with the development and growth of business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm and team. This is a key role that requires an understanding of firm policies, procedures and firm capabilities in order to deliver the full capabilities of the firm and team to clients. This individual will provide administrative, client, and marketing support to the team to enhance and grow their business. The goal of the position is to organize and coordinate all essential administrative activities of the team. Roles and responsibilities may vary dependent upon the team structure. This individual will possess or attain a Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 licenses. This role has income and educational growth opportunities.
What you are good at

  • Customer Service – Demonstrating the ability to build and foster strong client relationships through service; Able to follow up on time sensitive issues with all home office departments
  • Communication –Providing excellent telephone service to clients and potential clients, including prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail. Able to compose effective client correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Initiative - Proactively utilizing available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management; Able to assist FAs in organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns; Knowledgeable, in accordance with established policies, of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses to FA and client inquiries.
  • Building Relationships – Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships; Able to anticipate potential issues and/or problems and alert respective FA and/or Branch Management as necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of the team’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate all operational functions of team.
  • Assist in preparation of Client Financial Plans.
  • Work independently with all home office departments to service the clients’ requests.
  • Assist team in the ongoing development and maintenance of effective client relationships.
  • Be knowledgeable of products and technology and comply with all rules and regulations of the firm, as well as the various regulatory agencies. Anticipate potential issues and or problems and alert team.
  • Be knowledgeable of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses to client and team inquiries.
  • Compose effective client correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist team in organizing and implementing productivity based campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts through the marketing department.
  • Provide excellent telephone service to clients and potential clients, including prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail. Ensure continuous telephone coverage.
  • Work closely with the team to understand the clients’ investments objectives, their financial situation and their tolerance of risk.
  • May accept client orders and complete their requests in clients’ accounts on behalf of the team.
  • Demonstrate extreme competence in all major areas of responsibility and operate with a relatively high level of independence.
What you have
Skills & Experience:
  • High School Diploma; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 highly preferred; or the licenses must be obtained within 12 months of hire
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good math skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • High ethical standards
