Salary- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide appropriate counseling on medication usage and potential side effects
- Monitor patient response to medication therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide education and guidance to patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Proficient in patient service and providing exceptional customer care
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations
- Completion of a pharmacy residency program is preferred
