Certified or Registered Medical Assistant, preferably with Administrative experience, is needed at a rapidly growing medical practice that currently has 5 office locations; (2 in Jasper, 1 in Canton, 1 in Roswell, & 1 in Rome, GA.) Out of these five locations, we have four Internal Medicine & Med Spa locations and one is Pediatric. We currently have 18 Medical Providers (with future plans for this # to increase in 2024). This position is specifically for our Rome office (located in Floyd County). This employee must be willing to complete all initial training from our Canton location (located off of Sixes Rd. in Cherokee County). We are a well established practice, that has been open for over 20 years! We are searching for the best candidate to join our Prestige Family!

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
*Completion of Medical Assistant Degree/Diploma Program
*CMA/RMA Credentialing Preferred
*A minimum of 2 years of Medical Assisting experience is required
*Administrative / Medical Reception Experience Highly Preferred
*Pediatric Care Experience Preferred
*Excellent Computer Skills Experience Required
*Epic EHR Experience Highly Preferred
*Must be willing to travel to our Jasper or Canton locations for initial training
*Must be Punctual & Dependable
*Must be able to multi-task, & work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
*Must be a Team Player & Possess Strong Communication/Leadership Skills

Our Pickens County Office has been in Jasper for over 20 years. The practice has grown from a solo internist / single office to currently 18 providers with five locations between Pickens, Cherokee, Fulton, & Floyd counties while still growing! We are bringing comprehensive care for the whole family that truly connects the North Georgia community with the latest medical advances! We are on active medical staff at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital and Northside Cherokee Hospital. We are currently located in Pickens, Cherokee, Fulton, & Floyd Counties.
Prestige Pediatrics
October 2021 Pediatrician Dr. Jane Jurma joined our practice, and we opened our very own Pediatric office! We have always treated kids, of all ages, for acute matters. It has been super exciting to branch out into the Pediatric world of medicine! Our Pediatric office continues to grow! We now have a Pediatric NP on staff as well, and are in the process of building a new Pediatric office since we quickly outgrew our original office!
Prestige Weight-Loss
We use various medical and herbal combination modalities, after a very thorough initial lifestyle analysis, social support review and detailed medical workup. We will implement currently FDA approved weight loss medical protocols on top of a through lifestyle change for the whole family to achieve long lasting results. Goals of the practice aim on serving the community by providing care that ranges from basic nutritional education to implementing aggressive medical and surgical treatment options to achieve optimum weight and ultimately peak health.

We opened June of 2006, and ever since we have been advancing our treatments and product lines. Prestige MedSpa brings clinical to the therapuetic, as although we are a relaxation spa, we also have medical anti-aging treatments such as fillers, Botox, etc.. We take the time to examine all skin types of all ages to find what treatment is best suited to the condition.
