InSync seeking RN's, who are URGENTLY NEEDED For CORRECTIONS to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients in a State Correctional setting. Compensation is at an all-time high.

Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
# of Positions Open: Multiple
Specialty: Any

Anticipated Start Date: 3 days from submission to facility (screening call takes only 5 minutes)
Shift: DAY, PM and NOC are all available
Shift Length: 8 hours
Shifts Per Week: 5
Assignment Length: Guarantee 13 - 26 weeks + extension
Compensation: Up to $3,178 per week
Work Location: Stockton
Note:
Day shifts 6am - 2pm: [Thursday – Monday] or [Sat – Wed] or [Wed – Sun]
PM Shifts 2pm -10pm: [Thursday – Monday] or [Sat – Wed] or [Wed – Sun] or [Fri – Tue] or [Sun – Thurs]
Night Shifts 10pm – 6am: [Thursday – Monday] or [Sat – Wed] or [Wed – Sun] or [Tue-Sat]
Must be flexible for the first 4 weeks for training

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
