Registered Nurses (Rn's) / Licensed Practical Nurses (Lpn's)

Access Ohio Primary Care & Behavioral Health, an outpatient community mental health services agency is hiring part-time/full-time Registered Nurses (RN's) / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's), for our Delaware-outpatient office. Experience in mental health and substance abuse disorders preferred.

*Example of FT work schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p or 9a-5:30p*

*Pay range for RN Licensure- $26-$34 per hour.

*Pay range for LPN Licensure- $26-$30 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans/complete intake health assessments
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team i.e Prescribers, Case Managers and Counselors regarding patient care and compliance with treatment.
• Educate patients about treatment and medications
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Community/Home visits as needed

Skills to have:

• Proven experience as a registered nurse or Licensed Practical nurse
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.)and willingness to follow them at all times
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
• BS or other diploma from a nursing program

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
