We are seeking a part time Registered Nurse/Medical Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge base in patient care, experience with medication and vaccine administration, a love of interacting with children and parents, and an interest in teaching health promotion and disease prevention. Experience with EPIC preferred. Experience in pediatrics is preferred, but we are also open to hiring a new grad RN/MA.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients, family members, and health care professionals.
- Administer vaccines
- Follow protocols and procedures to promote continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information.
- Educate patients and their families about issues pertaining to their health.
- Provide patients/parents with anticipatory guidance for future care/appointments
