Seeking experienced RNs and LPNs to conduct educational and therapeutic services via Telehealth. These services are geared towards towards clients enrolled in addiction treatment facilities. The scope of service will include medication management, overall lifestyle advice, developing healthy habits, etc.

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a hospital setting. Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans
- Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Perform various medical procedures, such as catheterization and wound care, following established protocols and standards
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Skills:
- Experience in memory care or dementia care is preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of aseptic technique for maintaining sterile environments
