Description:
Unit: Home Health
*Limited RTO needed, cannot approve a full week off.
Requirements:
*1 year of experience required
*Oasis and Home Health experience required
*VA or Compact RN license
*BLS
*Epic experience preferred
Shift Information:
*Coverage Area: Richmond and surrounding areas
*Must see 6 points a day or 30 points a week and complete documentation in 8 hours/day
*On call rotation of week nights, potential weekend with days off prior to and following.
*Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
*All documentation must be completed within 24 hours per agency policy.
