Registered Nurse/Cath Lab

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:30 - 17:00)
Description:
Provides advance nursing assessment, care and documentation of patient status during their stay in the
Cath Lab, inclusive of but not limited to the administration of medications, providing patient comfort,
support, awareness and education. Perform these responsibilities pre-procedurally, while procedure is in progress, and post-procedurally.
Essential Functions include but not limited to:
Patient Assessment
Conscious Sedation
Hemodynamic Monitoring
Circulates
Assists in Scrubbing
Sheath Removal
Patient Care Coordinator
Maintaining Inventory
This is 40 hrs a week with rotating day off. This position DOES require applicant to take evening, weekend, and holiday call. They must be able to respond to the hospital in 30 minutes in a call situation. To guarantee hours may be floated during low census.
Requires:
Maryland or compact state RN License
BLS
ACLS
