Danny's Home Health in Palm Springs, CA is looking for a caring and compassionate Nurse to work with various patients. The Nurse will possess strong clinical knowledge in all aspects of Home Health Care

RN Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-exercising appropriate preventive nursing procedures

-maintenance and initiation of home care plans

-re-evaluating patient care

-complete initial assessments, choosing appropriate parameters related to patient medical history

-gives clear and precise explanations to patients and family about the agency's services, their patient rights and how to exercise them during service

-focus on goals within the scope of services offered by the agency that are realistic, obtainable, measurable and patient centered

-Home Health Experience
