Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Compensation: $46.55 - $74.97/hr
Pay Differential: up to $6.98 per hour depending on shift & degree differential (BSN/MSN).

Overtime Policy: 1.5x of hourly rate for every hour worked over during shift.

Onboarding process: Drug screening (THC included), background check, and updated vaccines.
Orientation process: Depends on Specialty (4-6 weeks minimum)
Specialties Available: Medsurg, Ortho Neuro, Cardiac, Telemetry, Oncology, Clinical Decision Unit (Observation Unit), Med Surg Renal, Med Surg Acute Dialysis, Overflow ED, Emergency Department.
