ChristianaCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Urology Outpatient Practice. This position will support the following locations Union Hospital office in Elkton, MD.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5:00PM
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Provides telephonic clinical assessment and triage.
- Relays UA results.
- Processes simple prescription refills.
- Performs catheter changes and Lupron Injections.
- Provides health education services for surgical patients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing
- RN license or eligible for licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Two years’ experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred
- BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years
